REFUND POLICY

It is important to us that the customer is satisfied with the completed order, so we guarantee that only professional florists will take care of it, and the ordered flowers will be fresh and delivered personally to the person specified by you, at the agreed time and at the price indicated on the website!

The order can be refunded if:

  • Due to a technical error, we would accept an order that we cannot fulfill;

  • If we delivered wrong order to the recipient by mistake;

  • By individual agreement, if you are not satisfied with the quality of delivery (if the customer provides supporting evidence).
     

In all the above cases, the money will be returned to the same customer's (payer's) bank account within 14 working days. Refunds in cash are only possible upon arrival at the "Gėlių stilius" salon and upon presentation of proof of order and identity document. Please note that cash refunds are not possible after payment in the online store, in all cases the money is transferred back only to the same card from which the payment was received.
 

The order is non-refundable if:

  • The recipient refuses to accept the order;

  • Failure to deliver the order a second time (when in the first case it was not possible to do so due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address).
